Target group refers to actors involved in the processes of protection and valorization of natural and cultural heritage and landscape while the goal contributes to their quality cooperation on the national level throughout clearly defined action framework.
First meeting of the project work group that dealt with the legislation contributed to defining the framework for creation of the study on this subject. Indicating concrete examples, the experts from Croatia and Montenegro, representatives of the partner organizations and associates of the project recognized numerous deficiencies when it comes to treatment of the heritage in these two countries.
